If you receive the wrong, damaged or spoiled product, tell us as soon as you can after delivery, with a photo. Products that have been opened and used usually cannot be returned, but if something is wrong with it we will always look into it.
Refunds
Online payments go back by the same method. For cash on delivery we refund by mobile banking or as points.

না। জমাট বাঁধা স্বাভাবিক। বোতল কুসুম গরম পানিতে কিছুক্ষণ রাখলে আবার তরল হবে।
